unless we are friends or RP partners, athos is not available for shipping. please do not approach him with romance in mind as he is an antagonistic character. besides, i'm a sucker for slowburn and when i say slowburn i mean s l o w burn. taking my time for no reason other than it's what sparks joy.

i will never delve into dark topics without explicit communication or consent. acts of violence or provocation are okay but i would prefer a little heads up or some planning prior if we're going in that direction!that being said: athos will easily instigate fights or unwarranted rudeness. if you find this type of character uncomfortable, please don't interact.i will NOT write or explore the following topics in detail: rape/noncon, incest, pedophilia, csa, beastiality, racist fetishes, transphobic fetishes, and NSFW lalafell content. if you write any of these things get the fuck off my page freak.if you are not sure what is or isn't off limits, just ask or give me a quick rundown before we get into anything.

i value OOC communication and prefer we discuss some bits and pieces beforehand, though walkups are acceptable--especially at venues. if something doesn't sit right with you please let me know and i will do the same. i would much rather be annoying OOCly and make sure everything is squared away than things be awkward ICly.if villains or antagonistic type characters are not your jam, please don't interact with athos. he's a nasty little sicko but he's my nasty little sicko.

please don't godmode or metagame. the knowledge shared on this carrd is purely OOC, meaning that if there's anything pertaining to his character or lore that your character wouldn't know right off the bat. basically: you must be social rank 5 to unlock this bit of backstory.hooks and such can be used to approach or interact wtih him but not a be all, end all.

If you've got an eye for the supernatural, for the void, for all things wicked and corrupted-- this guy is for you. This jackal of a half-voidsent doesn't necessarily care for the company of others like him but if anyone gets it, he gets it. Sort of. If you're someone who's looking for a voidsent for whatever reason? Maybe he'll indulge you. For a price.Like any good voidsent, he's a man of his word; of his honor. He cannot be bound to another through conventional means, but so long as you offer something in exchange, you will no doubt have a good partnership with him. Promise.

HELLISH HUNGER

He's always on the hunt for his next meal. Food's fine and all but he prefers aether more than anything else. It doesn't matter how he gets it so long as he gets it. (Un)fortunately, he can last a couple days without it but anything more than that and he can get a little . . . combative. You'll be fine so long as you don't get too close to him. Probably.

THE COERTHEAN UNDERBELLY'S MOST BELOATHED

Athos tries his best to lay low and mind his own business but sometimes, things get out of his control. Known as <The Hexblade>, he's made a bit of a commotion with his unconventional and aggressive fighting style. His primary weapon, a scythe called Cinderhell, can transform into a whip called Dapis. You do not want to be on the receiving end of his purple flamed weapons unless you're okay with pain. Lots and lots and lots of pain.

FOR THE AETHERSIGHTED

Can't be a good look. One either sees nothing, like a black hole, or sense a dark presence coalesced as the being known as Athos. It's got an almost metallic, purple-ish hue with the consistency of wispy smoke but without the burning smell.

LEECHING OFF THE GOOD VIBES

His unfortunate upbringing makes it so that, for the aether sensitive anyway, he's potentially leeching off your aether. Subtly so and not enough to kill you but possibly enough that you notice or just start to feel exhausted. Just keep your distance and it should be fine. Probably.
